No: 25% of women have cysts on their ovaries but not all have pcos. It is not diagnosed by ultrasound but by fsh and lh hormone levels and is probably part of a bigger syndrome , metabolic syndrome . So just because your left ovary had cysts does not mean you have anything other than cysts in your left ovary!
