I just got my top left wisdom tooth taken out and i wanted to know if the pain from that can give me headaches or sinus pain?

Yes: Check with your dentist to see if it would be ok to take a nonsteroidal medication lilke Ibuprofen or Naproxen which are both available over the counter. If bleeding is a concern you may be a able to use Celebrex (celecoxib) which doesn't affect bleeding. All non-steroidals can affect the kidneys, raise blood pressure and cause GI problems so you may also need to check with your doctor also. Nsaids can help.

Wisdom tooth: Yes, it is normal to have some discomfort, including headaches, from an extraction. However, there can be the possibility of sinus involvement when an upper molar is taken out. Therefore, you should return to your dentist's office to have the area evaluated.
