Depends : Depends....upper teeth = sinus issues, grinding issues, infection or trauma & issues after new filling being too high ((not in this order)). Lower = same except no sinus. So this can be an easy thing to an a serious thing so Take some ibuprofen (800mg every 6hrs) & clean as normal. Do this for 24hrs & if not better I'd see my local dentist.
