Sinus issues are : Common. Wisdom teeth are common. Headaches from sinus issues are common. Headache pain from wisdom teeth issues could happen, but intaoral pain and symptoms are more likely. Your headaches need a diagnosis with treatment based on etiology. See your dentist and/or your physician. Hope this helps.

Get sinuses checked: If the wisdom teeth are in the upper jaw, then yes, sinuses can cause headaches. Are you seeing an ENT or physician for your sinuses?
