It is questionable if that wisdom tooth is giving you so many issues. Certainly your clogged eye duct is unrelated. Sinusitis may be caused by so many different factors and can be related to your headaches. Have you consulted with an oral surgeon and an ENT? Condition of your teeth? Are you grinding or clenching? Explore these possibilities.

Most of your conditions you mentioned require correct diagnosis before any treatment can be suggested. The area of problems is highly complex with draining ducts, blood flow, nerves, lymphs, space to hold and expel mucus, etc. If there isn't enough space for the wisdom teeth your dentist may advise removal. Ask for a full CBCT or 3D scan to be analyzed by a radiologist, then see dentist/ENT doctor

Sounds like many coincidental concurrent, but not necessarily related, problems. Would suggest that you be evaluated by both specialist Oral & Maxilla-facial Surgeon and a specialist Otolaryngologist. Diagnostic imaging can then be shared], an d the two specialists can consult to create a treatment plan that will resolve all of your issues.
