Is it possible to have halitophobia (fear of bad breath)?

Yes: If you look it up you can find out that you can have a fear of just about anything you can think of. The good news is that there are now many different ways to treat the problem. First get an accurate diagnosis to see where your halitosis is coming from ( if your halitophobia is self inflected) from a medical/dental professional. If fear is of others a would suggest a psychologist.

Yes: If you already checked your gum (periodontal disease or gingivitis), food impaction areas, or oral infection, and you also have no GI related problems, then you should not have bad breath.
