Go to ER!!!!: See your doctor immediately. Although your symptoms maybe be minor there is no way to tell without a full medical evaluation.

Fear of heart attack: I agree with seeing your doctor for a thorough cardiovascular evaluation -- if you haven't done this but have acute symptoms, do go to er. If all is well with your heart, please know that anxiety & panic attacks can produce the same kinds of symptoms. Anxiety also can be effectively treated with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and medications if needed. Psychiatrists can help w/this.
