Colic: Your symptom complex can be consistent with gallbladder disease/biliary colic. I'm glad you've been evaluated for heart disease. If hd has truly been ruled out, i suggest investigation of your biliary system, for stones or cholecystitis. In the meantime, i suggest a very low fat diet until the biliary tract has been cleared. Reflux disease is also a consideration. Good luck.
