Reflux/ spasm: The symptoms you describe could be due to stomach acid which would be expected to show up after eating. The acid can cause esophageal spasm and a feeling of a lump or pressure between the shoulder blades. Worst offenders for foods include acids like tomato, spicy food, alcohol, chocolate. Heart issues are less likely in a young female like yourself.
