No: See your dentist who will make sure the cap fits well and then recement it. Something may have broken, so it needs to be looked at.

Negative: It came off for a reason. See your dentist and find out why. Then fix the problem first. May need a foundation build-up and new crown. Might only need stronger cement. Hang on to it and get to the dentist before you break the tooth. Good luck.
