Tomorrow i am getting a root canal, and i was wondering how long before i can go back to class?

Same day: For most patients, there is no post operative pain. They can immediately resume their normal activities. If you are infected and are already in severe pain, it may take a day to let the pain subside.

Next day: After a root canal therapy, you can return to your normal activities the next day. You can take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen).
