Many possibilities: You may have a deviated nasal septum. This can cause blockage without being sick. You may have allergies. If this is chronic, see your pcp. There may be help for this problem that you are not aware of.

Allergies?: Get checked out by a doctor. Could be from allergies. This can usually be helped with medication. You may need allergy testing to help make the diagnosis.
