What's does it mean when both of your nose is stop up and hard for you to breath?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nasal congestion: This could be multiple things from an allergic reaction, a viral cold or a bacterial infection. If it goes on for more than a few days then you should get checked out. If you develop and fevers or facial or dental pain you should also see a doctor. You can try nasal saline spray to help with symptoms.
