Chest wall: The behavior of pain appears to be related to motion, i.e., neck movement and breathing. Pleuritic pain is elicited by breathing. But your pain also comes on with turning your head right and left. Anything related to chest wall most likely leads to your symptoms. Please see a physician if this persists.
