Depends on healing: While i don't condone smoking any thing at any time as it is bad for your overall health... To answer your question. It depends on how fast you heal. If the area is completely healed then smoking pot will cause no more or less damage then it would at any other time. If the area is not completely healed then smoking anything will slow down the healing.

Yes: If the skin has healed over the extraction site, a week should be long enough to not actively interfere with the healing process. If it is still open, refrain from smoking anything.
