Hello, i had a wisdom teeth removal surgery 20 days ago, and i can see that i have a hole even if i have stitches. ( the hole isn't in the stitched area ) is that normal ?

The hole probably opened up after the sutures were placed from tissue tension. Have surgeon look at it, but keep food and debris out of this hole.
