I am also confused : By this. Don't know what med you were given unless it is for itching. Bed bugs don't require any specific medications to get rid of them. Creams to treat scabies include: Permethrin 5%, benzyl benzoate, sulfur in petrolatum, ; crotamiton. Itching is worse at night w scabies. If the medication your are prescribed does not work - would encourage you to see a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis.
