i have red itchy bumps slowly spreading on my arm. a few are on my stomach and back. they're not bed bug bites, and i'm not allergic to any soaps?

Many possibilities: How long this has been happening? If Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone have not helped, it is time to consult a dermatologist if the problem has been going on for more than 2 weeks or becoming intolerable.
