Depends on reason: If water is in your ears, get swimme's ear or rubbing alcohol, put 5 drops in, then let drain out for water to evaporate. If not due to excessive water, otc mixing of lotrimin (clotrimazole) with 2.5% Hydrocortisone usually helps the itching and flaking from seborrhea. If there is pain in the canal or when you pull the ear, you should have a physician look in the ear to see if infected for antibiotic drops.
