A member asked:

My inner ear has been itchy for about two weeks, and im starting to think its a possible infection. the only weird instance is that if i rub my tongue on the back upper part of my mouth the itching gets some relief, but temporarily. its all day?

Symptoms probably relate to "ear wax" accumulation, with lowering jaw manipulating to some extent the location of the ear wax, allowing relief of itching. See an ENT physician for an exam, as "infection" is not likely, but possible.
