Related?: Unfortunately, the internet does not allow for adequate examination in your case. You have identified a lump. It may or may not be related to your recent medical history. It may or may not be a problem, but the only way to know is to see your doctor. Get an examination and get working on the solution. If it is nothing to worry about, that type of news is better sooner than later too.
