Yes: If you have found a new mass, get seen. If you really have chronic pancreatitis, insist on an explanation. Do you carry one of the cystic fibrosis genes? One of the mutant trypsinogen genes? You owe it to yourself to learn why you have this very uncommon illness at your age.
