Possibly: It is possible for this to be pancreatitis, but there are many other possible diagnoses also. Regardless, you need an urgent evaluation to evaluate the symptoms. If pancreatitis is present, it will be easy to tell with simple blood tests and possibly x-rays or scans of the abdomen. Good luck.
