Get tested ASAP: Abrasions and cuts on the skin, gums, and genitals greatly increase the risk of contracting blood borne diseases. Testing is important so that you can been given prophalaxis (preventive medicine) if needed. And appropriate. Also you should receive counseling to help you cope with treatment and outcome.
