Seems reasonable precautions were taken. Not likely one would be infected from this account. But keep the PCP aware of concerns for monitoring

I generally say that almost anything is "possible", However, I think the chances of you getting an infectious disease from a "fist bump", especially if you sanitized your hands afterward, would be highly unlikely. I would not spend a lot of time worrying about this. If you do want to live a Healthy lifestyle, I would suggest trying to cut out the cigarettes as they're more likely to cause harm.

HEP, HIV AND ANY OTHER BLOOD CONTACT DISEASES HAVE TO HAVE BLOOD TO BLOOD CONTACT. YOU HAVE NO OPEN WOUNDS AND HIS BLOOD WAS DRY. NO EVIDENCE OF CONTACT BUT EVIDENCE OF LUNG DISEASE OR CANCER IF YOU SMOKE TOO MUCH.
