15-17 years old: The nose and face should achieve a mature, adult appearance before septoplasty. The growth centers of the nose are located in the septum, and surgery can disrupt them if performed too early. Typically, surgery is not done before age 15 (girls) or 17 (boys).

Adult: You should be of adult size before having a septoplasty, unless it is really severly deviated. Facial bone growth should be completed before undergoing a procedure that involves breaking bones in the nose.

Septoplasty age: For the most part, girls should wait until they reach menarche and boys should wait until they finish growing. Altering the septum before can result in mid face growth issues. There are exceptions for children with craniofacial or developmental issues.

Yes: usually septorhinoplasty is not done until at least age 14 depending on the patient's physical maturity.
