Moisture: The best thing is saline in either spray form or irrigation form. Humidified air helps recovery as well. Check with your surgeon if she or he has any specific instructions regarding your post-op care and saline.

Healing septoplast: You should keep your head elevated as much as possible. Avoid blowing your nose. You may use saline nasal spray for cleaning and time will do the rest. Should take you a couple of weeks to return to normal. Best to you.
