Nothing: Exotosis is a nonpathologic anomaly, occur in the mouth as irregular bone growth. It could be genetic, or an adaptation to occlusal force stress in the mouth. It should be remove if it obstructed the tongue position and cause malocclusion due to tongue thrust. In the case of making denture or partial, it causes pain as the prosthesis function on the bone. It is easy removed, no complication.
