What to do if i have a exostosis in my gum i was wondering what would happen if i don't get it removed and is there any way it goes away by itself ?

Not a problem: The exostosis is benign and will do you no harm. It may even grow a bit more over time, and it will not resolve on it's own. Please see a local oral surgeon for a consultation if you would like it removed.

Exostosis : benign bony outgrowth. It can occur anywhere in the body, and may be caused by a number of different things, ranging from environmental stresses to genetics. If there is no symptoms... If it ain't broke, but it ain't hurting, don't fix it. No treatment is necessary.
