It depends: For a healthy 33 y/o with normal weight and blood work, i suggest a multivitamin from a reputable company, vitamin c 1000mg/day, omega-3 fatty acids (3000mg/day) (i prefer liquid). If you're an athlete, i suggest coq-10 and Alpha lipoic acid. If you're diabetic, or overweight, the above plus selenium, zinc and chromium. Based on your blood work, some other vitamins might be suggested.
