I have a platelet count of 112 and my wbc is 3.3 should i be concerned ? my platelet count is always low around 123. i take a lot of diabetic medicines and my wbc has been low in the past im a 72 year old woman. all my blood work was good?

I consider the two platelet counts as almost the same values. The difference has little if any significance. I would not worry about it.
