You should : Be able to carry full term. The issue is more a matter of how you deliver and risk of recurrence. Was the hernia inguinal, umbilical, or incisional? Was it open or laparoscopic? Are you delivering vaginally or via c-section? The most important thing is that your ob/gyn knows this history and if you have a c-section, that a general surgeon be available if needed.

No rip, normal pregn: Assuming an inguinal or umbilical hernia you should have no problems. Your hernia should not recur. The tissues will adapt. You may have some local aching but it will go away. You will carry o full term.
