Inguinal mesh : Any foreign object can cause problems. However the frequent prenatal visits you will have during your pregnancy should prevent anything serious from occurring. Should not. : the most common complication would be infection of the mesh. Let your OB know about your previous surgery.

Most likely No: You're hernia repair should not interfere with you pregnancy. Most of the time the mesh is not communicating with inside the abdomen. Also, the mesh should not interfere with a c-section.
