You will be fine : Yes will be o k. After umbilical hernia repair , can have children, can deliver normally or by C-section with out problems, your OB doctor is trained to handle with this kind of situations , talk to your doctor.

Should be fine: Either umbilical (belly button) or inguinal (groin) hernia repair should be ok during pregnancy. Non-mesh repairs will have a higher failure rate than mesh repairs. Your case is unclear because shouldice repar is for inguinal, not umbilical hernia. In any case, don't worry about it because it is likely to be ok, and you can't do anything about it anyway.
