Check for products o: The issue of fatigue should be looked at from two basic causes; low atp(energy source from the mitochondria) and depressed brain metabolism, which can happen from a lack of methylation of folate (folic acid) and/or b-12. You will need a b-12 level, and a b-6, b-2, folate (folic acid), Niacin level. If your b-6 is high that suggest that b6 is inactive, with a low niacin. Rx; :zinc niacin, activated b-6, b-2, b1, folinic acid.
