Unproven: Many people with asthma use alternative medications. But you shd not hesitate to use asthma medications from ur doctor as the medicines he will use have been documented to work both in emergency situations and in PREVENTION of asthma. I am sure u r concerned about side effects but it will be useful for you to discuss this with ur doc as these meds have minimal or hardly any side effects.
