White coat syndrome: Most people there blood pressure reading affected when they visit doctors office mostly first time other routinely tend to have higher blood pressure when at medical office it's better to repeat in15 minutes.

Can episodic high blood pressure cause your heart to enlarge? I normally have normal blood pressure at rest (120/70) but I struggle with severe anxiety and throughout the day my blood pressure can get very high- especially when I have panic attacks.
