Research: If you can find one closer, consider that - expand beyond psychiatry to Psychologists and Social Workers. Check w/ your State Dept for services like taxi if you are on Medicaid or even if not. Check your clergy for volunteer rides. Offer exchange labor to neighbors/friends for a ride. Be creative - that alone will help more than you can imagine! Best wishes.
