Doubtful: It is probable that the growth and development of your foot resulted in a higher arched foot or a foot type that produces more supination. I highly doubt that walkling pigeon toed caused you to oversupinate. If you are having foot pain though, get an x ray of your foot and a thorough podiatric evaluation to determine if 'oversupination' is causing a problem.
