YES: Influence from the internal rotation at the hip, turns the leg. Combined with a "club foot", it can result in the pigeon-toe (in-toe) of your foot. If you are having discomfort, i recommend that you be evaluated and have a proper biomechanical/gait examination. See a podiatrist. If additional specialists are needed for referral, a good gait exam by the podiatrist can start the process.
