Insoles rarely help: "pig-toed" feet are rarely caused by a problem in the foot so insoles rarely help. It is usually due to tightness in the hips that causes the leg to turn in and less commonly it is de to tibial torsion ( condition where the deformity is in the tibia) unless you are tripping over your feet nothing more than pt and stretching of the hip capsules is in order.

You may need surgery: At your age, special insoles (or also called, orthosis) may not correct your problem-- and, it may only manage your deformity. Correction of your "pigeon toe" may only be achieved by surgery. Thus, please consider checking out 2 or 3 reputable foot-and-ankle surgeons.
