All hydrocodone: Vicodin and lortab are name brands for hydrocodone/apap. The 5mg and 7.5mg numbers refer to the amount of hydrocodone in the medication. Since they are the same the strengths are the same. You should not use these unless you have an active rx for them. Discuss with your pcp.
