Chronic pain/hernia: Since you have been though testing and all were normal, you are in a chronic situation. At this point hernias, kidney stone, meckel's diverticulum and infection become more likely as a cause of this pain. Keep a diary of the pain and its exact location. Stay with your doc, as you work to get a diagnosis. If you develop fever or vomiting get evaluated sooner.

You need to : Be examined by your treating physician since your battery of tests came back normal. It is hard to advise not knowing your medical history.
