I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. its not sharp but its really annoying. ive been to urgent care and appendicitis was ruled out by a urine test. the doctor thought it may be a ovarian cyst. also ibs symptoms, it feels better walking.

Abdominal pain: Any unexplained internal abdominal pain requries professional evaluation until the cause is discovered. If you are sexually active and have not had an STD evaluation, that should be done for any woman with unexplained pelvic or lower abdominal pain. See your personal physician or a gynecologist soon.
