M.D. visit: I would suggest drinking clear liquids, avoiding dairy and having repeat testing to include a CBC, diff, plts and hepatitis panel. A follow up appt with your PCP or specialist is indicated. The wt loss is significant, but may in part be due to fluid loss.

I have IBS for many years, My BM's vary from loose to diarrhea to almost formed in the A M. only. The stool is brown but water looks yellow. Gall bladder is removed, I suck on butterscotch candy often can this cause the yellow. bilirubin is 1.5?
