Many things possible: Your history is unclear. I guess you saw a physician for constipation and llq abdominal pain? How long? Any other symptoms? Blood in stools? Change in diet? Ibs is a diagnosis of exclusion. Visit with your primary care for persistent symptoms. Possible referral to gastroenterologist.

Been to docs and CT, X-Ray and blood tests are normal. I felt cramp free for a week, but now been having on and off right side cramps for a week, constantly passing little pebble stools after a large BM in morning. Doc says IBS. What else?
