Right food & calorie: Important to eat the right type of food rather than calorie per se. Wholesome and complex carobohydrates and low glycemic fruits as well as lean organic protein along with fish and plant based fat will normalize your metabolism if low and provide you with essential vitamins and nutrition. Don't overdo carbs/nuts which rhigh in calorie & stick to a moderate caloric intake which depends on ur weight.
