Healthy body image: Instead of having the goal of being 100 pounds, set a goal of eating a healthy diet and exercising. It's very healthy to join a sports team at school. Eat a healthy diet and gradually increase your level of physical activity. Consider joining your track team. Running two miles a day is not excessive. Trying to lose weight too fast will lead to weight gain and injuries Make healthy long term goals
