Likely nothing: If aligning well, there may be little callus (healing bone) formation. I am not familiar with term "reconnective tissue" with regard to clavicle (collar bone) healing. If he was not put in a sling and the bone did not connect, an orthopedic surgeon should be consulted.

Give it time: Try to be patient. Make sure your child is drinking milk or taking a vitamin with calcium.

Many swollen neck lymphs. itchy eyes. Hard lumps started on collarbone(was painful now isn't), more painless ones formed in 3 months, rib cage, shin, back of neck few on chest. good blood work, blood counts, crp, clean chest x-ray. no other symptoms
Started working out with barbell shoulder exercises. Now I have right shoulder & collarbone discomfort. X-ray was normal. Is MRI warranted?
