Son broke his collarbone 7 weeks ago xray shows it's alligning well but radioligist says there should be more reconnective tissue. can we do now?

Likely nothing: If aligning well, there may be little callus (healing bone) formation. I am not familiar with term "reconnective tissue" with regard to clavicle (collar bone) healing. If he was not put in a sling and the bone did not connect, an orthopedic surgeon should be consulted.
