Should i ask my physician for an additive to my zoloft, (sertraline) or a higher dosage? i feel it's not working a well a it did in the beginning.

As above: I don't know how much zoloft (sertraline) u r taking or what u diagnoses, however , if u have been taking u medication for 4-6 weeks with no improvement u do need to talk to u provider to adjust u medication.

Yes: Depends on what dose you are on. Maximum is 150-200 mg. There are several alternatives to add as well.
